From State Highway 2, turn south on Rainbow until you come to Quinine Avenue.  Turn left on Quinine Avenue.  Go up the hill and you arrived at I-MO Christian Service Camp.
 
From Highway 136, turn on Route N traveling north.  Route N turns into Nuthatch just north of the Missouri border.  Turn right at 295th Street.  It will turn into 293rd Street just before you get into Stiles.  Go East out of Stiles until the road turns back south and you've arrived at I-MO Christian Service Camp.
