If the camper is taking prescription medication please clearly label all medicines and write out dosage instructions (separate from the registration form) for the designated nurse.  The original container with only enough medicine for the week is preferred.  On the registration form, please mark which over-the-counter medicines we have permission to give your camper if the need arises.
